Lectric XP4 Accessories: What Actually Fits
The XP4 launched in May 2025 and sold in volume immediately, which means a large number of riders are now looking for parts that fit a bike most accessory makers have not caught up with yet. That gap is the problem this hub exists to close. Each guide below starts from what Lectric publishes about the bike itself, the rack rating, the mounting points, the hardware torque figures, and then checks candidate accessories against those numbers rather than against a product description. Where riders have already fitted something and reported back, that evidence is linked and labelled as an owner report rather than dressed up as a test we ran. What most guides get wrong about the XP4
Three things get repeated across XP4 accessory roundups that the owner manual contradicts. Each one changes a buying decision.
Rack capacity is not extra capacity. The rear rack carries 150 lbs and the bike carries 330 lbs in total, and the second number includes the first. The manual spells it out with its own example: put 30 lbs on the rack and the maximum rider weight becomes 300 lbs. Guides that present the rack rating as headroom on top of your own weight are describing a bike that does not exist.
The child seat is the Yepp Maxi EasyFit, not the Yepp 2 Maxi. The manual names the carrier its rack window is built for, and it is the EasyFit. Those are different Thule generations with different mounting systems, and the wrong one is an expensive mistake. We had this wrong in our own research until we checked the manual text.
35 psi is not the recommended tire pressure. That figure circulates as an XP4 spec. In the manual it appears only in the list of conditions Lectric used to measure range, alongside a stated test rider weight and a warm day. The actual instruction is to use the range printed on your tire sidewall.

Do XP 3.0 accessories fit the XP4?
Some do and some do not, and the differences are not obvious from the listings. Pannier straps are the clearest failure so far: the XP4 frame drops a bar that earlier models had.
How much can the rear rack carry?
The owner manual rates the integrated rear rack at 150 lbs, within a total bike payload of 330 lbs.
