Ninja Creami Deluxe Accessories: Tubs & Fit
Almost every accessory question about the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe is really a container question, and almost every container question is really about one number: the Deluxe runs a 24 oz XL tub, not the 16 oz pint that the classic CREAMi and the newer Swirl both use. Ninja built the machine, the outer bowl and the Creamerizer paddle around the taller tub, and that single choice is what makes the wrong container the most common mistake a Deluxe owner makes.
The good news is that Ninja is clearer here than owners give it credit for. Read the compatibility line on its own products and the boundaries are stated: the 24 oz tub fits only the NC500 Deluxe and not the NC299 or NC300; the 16 oz classic pint fits the NC299 and NC300 and not the NC500. So the question of whether your old CREAMi pints work in a Deluxe has a maker answer, and it is no. The Deluxe is the size outlier. It is the only one of the three that runs the 24 oz tub, which is why a container that fits it will not fit the others and vice versa. Ninja says as much on both product pages: the tub excludes the NC299 and NC300, and the classic pint excludes the NC500.
The Swirl is the gap. Neither exclusion line names the NC700, and the Swirl pint is stated only for the NC700, so Ninja has never addressed whether a Deluxe tub and a Swirl pint cross between machines. Different sizes, no maker verdict, and no owner test we could find.
What is not here yet
Only the containers guide is live, and that is a supply fact. The Deluxe has its own outer bowl, outer lid, Creamerizer paddle and tub lid as Ninja parts, but the standalone aftermarket for Deluxe LIDS and PADDLES was not deep enough to build a guide against this pass, the same reason the Swirl has only a pints guide so far. When a lids or paddles scan turns up enough in-stock, Deluxe-named parts, those guides go up and this hub grows.

What accessories does the Ninja Creami Deluxe need?
The one most owners come for is more containers, and the Deluxe takes a 24 oz XL tub rather than the 16 oz pint the other CREAMi machines use. The containers guide covers the genuine Ninja tub and the in-stock third-party four-packs that name the NC500 Deluxe family.
Can I use my old Ninja Creami pints in the Deluxe?
No. Ninja states its 16 oz classic pint "will NOT fit the NC500", and the 24 oz Deluxe tub will not fit the NC299 or NC300. The Deluxe is designed to run the taller tub, so the smaller pint does not seat correctly; you can under-fill a 24 oz tub for a smaller batch instead.
How is the Deluxe different from the Ninja Swirl?
They are different CREAMi generations with different containers: the Deluxe runs a 24 oz XL tub, the Swirl a 16 oz pint with a soft-serve nozzle.
