A buyer who has just unboxed a Legion Go 2 cannot tell from a listing title whether the case in front of them was cut for their machine or for the 2023 one.

What nobody has done is put the two entries side by side, which is all it takes: the Legion Go 2 is narrower than the 2023 machine, deeper, thicker and heavier, and the height a case has to clear is 50.85 mm rather than the 42.25 mm the headline dimension gives, because the joysticks stand proud of the body.
