Ninja Slushi Accessories: What Actually Fits

Owners do not describe their machine by model number, and every compatibility list in this market is keyed to one. Bridging that gap is most of the value on this site, so here is the translation.

In the owner community people say "the one from Costco", "the Walmart version", "the Max", "the XL", or a capacity. They rarely say FS301, and almost never say FS300 or FS605. Sellers, meanwhile, write compatibility lines full of FS numbers that they have transcribed from Ninja rather than tested, typos included.

• If your vessel is the 88 oz one, you are in FS301 territory, and that is the machine these guides cover. Ninja groups it with the FS301C, the FS299 and a set of colour variants.
• If it is smaller than that, you may have the FS300, which shares this machine's owner guide and takes a different vessel, auger and drip tray. The shared manual is exactly why so many listings claim both.
• If somebody in the house calls it the Max or the XL, it is a different appliance with an entirely separate parts family. Ninja states the boundary on its own travel tote listing: that accessory is "only compatible with the Ninja SLUSHi model series. Not compatible with Ninja SLUSHi XL or Ninja SLUSHi MAX."

And for the one part where even the model number is not enough, there is a better identifier. Ninja sells two 88 oz vessels under the same title at the same price with the same photograph, and tells you to choose between them by a raised mark on the back of the one you already own. That mark works whether or not you know your model number, which makes it the most useful thing on this whole machine. Our vessel guide walks through finding it.

This one is a finding rather than a guide, and it is published here because there is no honest page to put it on.

The silicone seal where the vessel meets the base is the third most discussed problem on this machine. Owners have threads about the seal not seating, about how to clean and refit the gasket, and about Ninja support replying that there is nothing wrong with the part. One owner gave up and bought food-grade silicone to patch it. That is dozens of separate threads of people trying to buy a part.

Ninja does not sell one. The complete Slushi parts catalogue was enumerated for this cluster, all of it, and it contains no seal, no gasket and no O-ring. It contains no replacement lid and no cleaning brush either. The parts it does contain for this machine are the vessel, the auger, the drip tray, the spout, the condensation tray and the travel tote, and that is the entire list.

Nor does anybody else. Eight separate searches for a Slushi gasket, seal or O-ring returned nothing that fits this machine. What they returned instead were commercial slush machine shaft seals, gaskets for other brands entirely, and Ninja blender O-rings from a different product line. The only FS301-named silicone parts on the market are small spout stoppers, which are a different part solving a different problem.

So: real demand, no supply from either channel. We are not going to build a seals page around parts that fit somebody else's machine, and if you find a listing claiming to sell you a Slushi gasket, that is the context to read it in. What is worth doing instead is cleaning and reseating the one you have, which is covered in the cleaning guide. There is no recipe-book guide on this site and there will not be, because a book carries no fitment claim anybody can check and several of the ones on sale are for other machines entirely. What is worth having instead is the short list of rules the owner guide actually sets, so you can judge any recipe you meet.

• Every input must contain at least 4% sugar. Sugar is what stops the mixture freezing solid to the cylinder, which is why the rule exists and why sugar-free mixes are a real problem rather than a dietary preference.
• No ice, no frozen fruit, no ice cream, nothing solid. The guide says in as many words that this is not a blender.
• Nothing hot.
• The vessel takes between 16 oz and 64 oz, and Ninja says filling to the max line gives the best dispensing.
• On the spiked preset, a premade input should sit between 2.8 and 16% alcohol. For spirits at 35% and above the guide prints a chart keyed to the size of the batch rather than one number, and you should read that chart rather than scale somebody else's ratio.

Any recipe that violates the first three is asking you to do something the machine was not built for, whoever wrote it.
