Ninja Creami Deluxe Containers: What Fits

This category churns like the Swirl pints, so buy on the label, not the brand.

• Look for the 24 oz size and an NC500, NC501 or NC600 in the title. That is the Deluxe family. NC501 is just a specific Deluxe model number; NC500 and NC600 are the same generation as far as the tub is concerned.
• A 16 oz pint is a different machine. If a listing says 16 oz, or names NC299, NC300 or NC700, it is a classic or Swirl pint. Ninja states the 16 oz classic pint does not fit the Deluxe, so this is not a cheaper version of the same thing.
• The genuine Ninja tub is buyable here, so it is an option, not just a benchmark. Unlike the Swirl, where the first-party pint was out of stock, the Deluxe XL tub was in stock when we looked.
• Buy more tubs than you think. Each one has to freeze solid before it is spun, so the number you own is the number of desserts you can run in a day. The four-packs exist for exactly this.
• A stainless tub is a real option too. At least one seller lists a stainless 24 oz Deluxe tub; it is the same stated fit, and a matter of preference rather than compatibility.
• Expect churn. Half of listings like these turn over quickly, so if a link here is gone, the label rules above still hold for whatever replaced it.

This is the question people actually type, usually as some form of "deluxe swirl containers", and it deserves a straight answer about what is known and what is not.

The sizes are different, and that is sourced. The Deluxe runs a 24 oz tub. The Swirl, like the classic CREAMi, runs a 16 oz pint. Ninja publishes both, and the sizing comparison across the CREAMi line is already well covered by others; we are not claiming it as a discovery, only citing it.

What Ninja settles. The classic 16 oz pint and the Deluxe 24 oz tub do not interchange: the tub "will NOT fit the NC299 or NC300", and the classic pint "will NOT fit the NC500". Owners confirm the mechanism, that only the 24 oz tub seats correctly in a Deluxe because the paddle is built for its depth, and that you can simply under-fill a 24 oz tub for a smaller batch.

What Ninja leaves open. The Swirl. Every Deluxe and classic exclusion line names the NC100, NC200, NC299 or NC300, and none of them names the NC700. The Swirl pint page, in turn, states only that it fits the NC700. So Ninja has never said whether a Deluxe tub works in a Swirl or a Swirl pint works in a Deluxe. The two are different sizes, and the 16 oz classic pint that shares the Swirl pint's size is a stated no-fit in the Deluxe, but nobody has tested the Swirl pairing directly and we are not going to invent a verdict for it.

Whether a 16 oz Swirl pint physically seats and spins in a Deluxe, or a 24 oz Deluxe tub in a Swirl. We do not own the machines and do not test physically, and no Ninja statement or owner report we found tests that exact pairing, so it stays open rather than being turned into a tidy yes or no.

Owner evidence on the neighbouring question, running an old CREAMi pint in a Swirl, is genuinely contradictory: some say it works, others report the non-Swirl pint spins loose and overheats, and the Swirl foundation of this site keeps that as owner-class evidence rather than a maker verdict.
